Seigfreid Bingham attorneys John Fuchs and Tate Thompson recently co-presented a Continuing Legal Education (CLE) on the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association (KCMBA), one of the most well-attended spring one-hour CLE presentations at the KCMBA, with the Q&A portion lasting 45 minutes over the allotted time.

John, Tate, and our corporate law attorneys have been extensively following recent developments and all the details concerning the CTA. After briefing the entire firm on the CTA, John and Tate are now recognized thought leaders on the topic, providing updates to the legal community.

Tate is a member of the KCMBA Real Estate Committee and was selected to collaborate with the KCMBA Business Transactional Law Committee and the Real Estate Law Committees on presenting and developing this CLE. Also, in attendance was attorney René Calabrese, who is actively involved in the KCMBA as President of the Business Law Section and Real Estate Law Committee Chair.
